The 4-week build
The core offer. We scope a first version of your product together, then I build it in four weeks — a working, deployed piece of software, not a prototype. You talk directly to the person writing the code throughout, and at the end you own everything: the code, the infrastructure, the documentation.
Longer builds
Some products need more than four weeks. Platforms, regulated industries, complex integrations. Same model — senior-led, fixed scope per phase, direct communication — over a longer arc.
