Most software projects do not slow down because the problems are hard. They slow down because of the machinery around them: handoffs, meetings and a layer between you and the person writing the code.
MakeMore removes that machinery. I lead every engagement end-to-end, drawing on 20+ years across full-stack, mobile and agentic AI. AI tools compress the build; senior judgment decides what ships.
When it helps, I bring in trusted associates I have worked with before. They are chosen for the job, not kept on a bench. You know who is doing the work because you are talking to them.

Built an AI document-analysis system for Rolls-Royce. It found £40,000 of savings in its first minute and won an internal award.
An insurance platform had been stalled for three years. I reset the architecture, replaced the legacy codebase and used agentic AI to build the system from scratch in 12 weeks. It has since processed a $1bn property submission.
Built a two-sided marketplace from scratch, including embedded finance and KYC. It grew to 150,000 active users and £40,000 a month in revenue.

The 4-week build
The core offer. We scope the first version together, then I build it in four weeks. You get working, deployed software, not a prototype. You talk directly to the person writing the code and, at the end, you own the code, infrastructure and documentation.
Longer builds
Some products need more than four weeks: platforms, regulated industries, complex integrations. The model is the same: senior-led, fixed in scope by phase, with direct communication.
Technical leadership
If you have a team but need senior direction, I take fractional engagements with a clear remit and a defined end: architecture, AI strategy or getting a stalled project moving.
Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute call. You describe what you are trying to build; I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
